Whaleback were appointed to bring forward an unallocated strategic site outside of the settlement boundary south of Woodgate, which provided a natural infill in the settlement pattern and had very limited visibility in the landscape.  Whaleback worked with the District and Parish Councils to bring the site forward in the absence of a five-year housing land supply which was eventually purchased by a Housing Association and delivered over 70 affordable houses for the local area.
